青島家用電梯維修是電梯維修的一項綜合性工作。電梯是機電與信息技術的結合。從運行故障到電梯維護，自然包括以下工作內容：

（1）機房。機艙溫度應在5～40攝氏度之間，機艙照明不應低于2001X，機艙內應有固定的單相、三線電源插座，機艙進出通道應暢通，機艙內應有氣體滅火和消防設施。與電梯特點相適應的設施；制動開啟手柄應在可接近的墻壁上涂成紅色；機艙門應為敞開式防火門，“機艙空間大，無閑人”電源開關、控制柜和拖拉機的數量相同。

(2) Reducer. Lubricating oil is clean and free of impurities. Regular replacement of the corresponding brand gear oil, oil level within the prescribed range. The oil temperature should not be higher than 85 C, the reducer should have no abnormal sound and vibration, no oil seepage, and the worm extension end should not exceed 150 cm2/h.

（2）減速器。潤滑油清潔無雜質。定期更換相應品牌齒輪油，油位在規定范圍內。油溫不高于85C，減速器無異常響聲和振動，無滲油現象，蝸桿伸出端不超過150cm2/h。

(3) Worm wheel and worm. Its bearing should maintain reasonable axial clearance, too small clearance will increase the resistance of elevator operation, reduce the transmission efficiency of reducer, and thrust bearing is easy to heat damage or excessive wear. Excessive wear and tear will cause the elevator to move obviously when changing direction. Measures should be taken to reduce the clearance of bearings. Adding or reducing the gaskets on the end cap and the end face of the bearing can adjust the axial clearance, and the bearing should be replaced when it cannot be adjusted. If the bearing is not replaced in time, it will affect the motor, make the motor bearing overheated and fragmented, and also cause the coupling elastic ring to move in the hole and damage.

（3）蝸輪和蝸桿。其軸承應保持合理的軸向間隙，間隙過小會增加電梯運行阻力，降低減速器的傳動效率，且推力軸承容易受熱損壞或過度磨損。過度磨損會導致電梯在改變方向時明顯移動。應采取措施減小軸承間隙。在端蓋和軸承端面增加或減少墊片，可以調整軸向間隙，不能調整時應更換。如果不及時更換軸承，會影響電機，使電機軸承過熱、斷裂，也會導致耦合彈性環在孔內移動而損壞。
